The tickets booked are cancelable.

The following is the Ticket Cancellation Policy:

• More than 7 days before date of journey 10% of the ticket amount
• Between 7 days up to 3th day before date of journey 20% of the ticket amount
• Between 3th day up to 48 hours before date and time of departure 30% of the ticket amount
• Between 48 hours up to 12 hours before time of departure 50% of the ticket amount
• Less than 12 hours before time of departure no Refund
